About the Role

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of Vivid Strategies Inc/AT&T, providing personalized interactions with our customers. You'll deliver phenomenal customer service while being courteous and knowledgeable of the full suite of AT&T products and services. Being courteous takes on new meaning in today's environment – it is more than just service with a smile. It's creating a meaningful connection between each customer and our brand; beyond the sale. Your ability to provide a seamless experience will be rewarded as you work to meet critical objectives and sales goals.
As a fast-growing authorized retailer, every day will provide new opportunities, so you need to be flexible and open to change. You'll assist with curbside delivery, online orders, and even prospecting efforts to attain new customers. You'll also assist with maintaining store inventory, basic sanitizing procedures, and the merchandising of products. While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, we'll provide training to bring you up to speed!
We're looking for top-tier professionals who will share their knowledge with our growing customer base, which comes with many rewards. It starts with the paycheck – base plus commission. Our current full-time Retail Sales Consultants earn on average $42,500 in total compensation in the first year when successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals. Our top sellers earn an average of $51,365 per year.
Requirements
Have a High School Diploma or G.E.D
Strong time management and organization.
A positive attitude and a professional appearance.
We need you to be customer service-oriented, have a team player mentality, communicate openly and concisely, and be a change driver.
Bring your "A-Game" and display your enthusiasm with a smile for every interaction.
Be willing and available to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, and some holidays.
Hold yourself accountable for your own performance and motivate your team to win with you.
Have the ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Must be 18 years or older
